Official Sweepstakes Rules
California Birocol Alumni Foundation — 2026 Convention Sweepstakes
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by California Birocol Alumni Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Sponsor”), located at 1233 Blacksmith Way, Norco, CA 92860.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins on March 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on May 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200
Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
5. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 6, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification
- Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 days of the drawing.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required, Sponsor will issue IRS Form W-2G.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, or incomplete entries
- Technical failures or website issues
- Any damage resulting from participation
11. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.

14. How to Enter
Option A — Donation Entry
Participants may receive entries by making a voluntary donation to support the 2026 Convention via the official sweepstakes page.
Option B — Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a donation, participants may submit a free entry by emailing info@californiabirocolalumni.org with the subject “Sweepstakes Free Entry” and your full name, or by mailing a handwritten entry with full name, email, and phone number to:

All free entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. A donation does not increase your chances of winning.
